Welcome to Ujjaini Travel House (operated by KV Tours Pvt. Ltd.). By accessing our portal or booking services, you agree to the following terms and guidelines.

1. Booking & Confirmation

Tour packages and B2B ground services are confirmed upon receipt of advance booking deposit as outlined in your customized quote voucher.

2. Bhasma Aarti & Temple Protocols

Shri Mahakaleshwar Temple Trust protocols and dress codes (traditional Dhoti/Saree for Garbhagriha entry) must be followed by all pilgrims. While our team facilitates booking slots and protocol guidance, temple rules remain subject to temple administration guidelines.

3. Cancellations & Modifications

Cancellations received 7 days prior to arrival date are eligible for refunds minus standard administrative and hotel retention fees.

4. Jurisdiction

All legal disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ujjain / Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
